Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact and included
- A proof of purchase or order number must be provided
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Attachment Combs and Attachments Heads (due to hygiene considerations)
- Blade Care products that have been opened or used
- Beard & Face Care products that have been unsealed
- Any products showing signs of use or wear
Return & Exchange Process

Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return or exchange request. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions for shipping your return.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package your item securely in its original packaging, include your Return Authorization Number, and ship to:

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items and process your request within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.
Refund Methods
Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-7 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement product once we receive your return. Standard shipping times apply for the new shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
As we serve professionals worldwide (excluding select remote areas in Asia and other locations with limited infrastructure), please note that international returns may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
